Tropical Buffet Breakfast

Buffet  

A choice of fresh fruit juices; an assortment of fresh, seasonal tropical fruits; home-made yogurt; a variety of cereals; home-baked muffins & pastries; toast & preserves.

Crusoe’s Cooked Breakfast Selection

Choose one of the following – cooked to order:  

Eggs (2 per serve)  

Scrambled, poached, fried or boiled served with grilled tomato & hash brown and either bacon or sausage. (Additional eggs may be requested for $1.20 per egg.)

Omelette  

Your choice of filling from – ham, cheese, onion, tomato

Spaghetti or baked beans  

On toast

Grilled tomato & cheese  

On toast

Pancakes  

With your choice of: Banana & ice Cream, Mayaple syrup, Lemon & sugar
